The French Regulator ARCEP published a first report to ensure the development of the Internet in France as a common good

Guardian of communication networks, Arcep has made protecting an open internet one of its four strategic priorities. Arcep‘s report on the state of the internet in France focuses on the threats that could undermine the Internet’s proper functioning and neutrality, and sets out the regulator’s actions to contain these threats. France-IX has participated to the report (see page 48) and to the roundtable to share its point of view regarding the interconnection in France and the development of Marseille.
