We present you the main results from our first semester customer satisfaction survey. Many thanks to all who took the time to complete this survey, hence contributing to the improvement of our services.
A majority of the survey respondents are connected to Lyon, our main interconnection and housing platform.
For this semester again, the respondents expressed a very high satisfaction regarding the peering service.
The interaction with our customers is primordial in order to insure a high quality of service. In a very complicated context (COVID-19), we have been able to maintain an extremely high satisfaction rate, in particular for the technical services with a accumulated 100 % satisfaction regarding reactivity and pertinence of the response. The commercial services are also highly appreciated with a 95 % of accumulate satisfaction for the consulting and equally for the sales representative’s business expertise.
France-IX Lyon (formerly Rezopole) remains a major host of the local telecommunication and network sector through events such as the Aperezo, the RezoGirls,, the RUG, and the Workshop BGP training. These events are still praised as demonstrated the survey’s results regarding attending intentions.
Last, an additional cause for satisfaction for the whole France-IX Lyon team is in spite of unusual work condition and the December 2020 merging, our customers’ trust keeps being high. Indeed, 95 % of the respondents would recommend us to their network.
